Dear friends of Photo Moments, welcome to Grandfather's Glove Park!
Grandfather left for Zlatitsa,
and lost his glove.
There she played in the field
little mouse Grizana,
the glove it saw
and it warmed up inside.
There it goes, wet and scared
runs Zayo from the forest.
It stops him on the dusty road
the grandfather glove.
- Who snuggles up in the heat there? –
asks Long-eared Rabbit…
- I am a tiny Grizana.
Who are you, so I'm afraid?
– I am Zayo Srednogorski,
I hide from choral words -
said Rabbit timidly
and asked cautiously:
- In this warm glove
peace will it find
my timid soul?
- Come in, I'm bored alone! –
Grizana said melodiously.
Lisa is coming a little later.
(What is it without her?)
He stood up in the middle of the road
and sneers slyly.
– Who is in that glove? –
asks the cunning maid.
– A tiny Grizana mouse
here he rests in warmth,
Zayo Bayo Srednogorski,
hidden from bad people's words.
Well, your grace, who is it?
and why bother us!
- I am the golden fox
and I want to be warm
in your wonder glove.
- Enter, though we are many,
but you are our relative!
The Wolf left the forest
on work to the villages.
He stops on the dusty road -
hungry and scary.
The glove he looks,
leans down to sniff it
but he feels her sewing
and he then asks:
- Whose scared soul
hide in that glove?
- Here he rests in the warmth
tiny Grizana mouse,
Zayo Bayo Srednogorski,
hidden from bad people's words,
the golden fox.
Well, your grace, who is it?
and why bother us?
- I am a Wolf from the Balkans,
I wish to be your guest...
- Enter, though we are many,
but you are our relative!
After a while, everyone realizes
whole earth shaken –
comes shaggy Metzana (the Bear),
he peered into the glove
and bravely called out:
- Whose scared soul
hide in that glove?
- Here he rests in the warmth
tiny Grizana mouse,
Zayo Bayo Srednogorski,
hidden from bad people's words,
the golden fox,
Kumcho Valcho from the Balkans,
guest at our invitation.
Well, your grace, who is it?
and why bother us?
– I am shaggy Metzana,
I wish to be your guest.
- Enter, though we are many,
but you are our relative!
They gathered in comradeship,
positioned themselves royally
in the drum glove
and they opened a word...
Soon grandfather from Zlatitsa
went back to look
his warm glove.
Besides, if he doesn't find it,
grandma will yell at him...
And walking and coughing,
in the middle of the road he stops
and his soul subsides,
his heart trembles —
looks, looks and does not believe:
his glove sews
mouse head is submitted
and a fox tail,
and a piece of earring,
a piece of bear coat,
someone's sharp teeth are shining…
- What are you thinking, man! –
grandfather said to himself
and roll up his sleeves
and struck with the club,
and repeat and repeat…
He met him at home in the evening
his old grandmother:
grandfather hunting with the car drives
and smiled even from ear to ear,
he smokes the pipe...

Grandfather's Glove Park in Zlatitsa was opened on June 1, 2022.
How do you get here?
What can you visit nearby?
Very close to the Grandfather's Glove park is the old clock tower.
From the old clock tower, head towards the northeastern part of Zlatica, north of the railway line, where Stara Planina Street is located. Taking it, you will soon find yourself outside the northern outskirts in the foothills of the Balkans, where the rumble will tell you that you are approaching Zlatiski Waterfall.
In the immediate vicinity of the waterfall itself are the stairs that will take you to the chapel of St. St. Cyric and Iulita. The place offers an extremely beautiful view of the entire Zlatishko-Pirdop valley.
If you continue to the left past the waterfall, you will find yourself at the Ascension Monastery and Spasovo Kladchenche.
10 kilometers from Zlatica (15 minutes by car) are the majestic ruins of the Elenska Basilica, which you should not miss visiting.
Near the ruins of the Elenska Basilica, as a memory of the destroyed Bulgarian monastery, in 2010 a chapel "St. Elijah".
12 kilometers from Zlatica (about 15 minutes by car) is the beautiful Midland jewel of Dushantsi. In the center of the village stands a proud and dignified centennial sequoia, which awaits you.
Let your walk also take you to the beautiful church "St. St. Cyril and Methodius".
Dušanci is a delightful place in every season! Proof of this is the magnificent photo moments with the wonderful Christmas decorations, bringing so much delight to our senses!
At the end of the village, be sure to turn left, where an authentic Roman Kufarita bridge awaits you.
Continuing after the Kufarita bridge, the road will take you to the "St. George" chapel above Dushantsi, from where you will enjoy a wonderful view of the entire Zlatishko-Pirdop valley.
The road after the village will take you to the "Dushantsi" dam - magnificent in every season - in autumn, in winter and on the border between spring and summer. Enjoy it!
Изключителна, релаксираща, зелена, свежа и впечатляваща разходка ви пожелавам!
